Since then I have taken it out several times. Any issues that have come up Ricky and his team has taken care of it. To be honest, there are other camper/rv dealers in the area, but none of them could have matched what Bankston was able to do for me. I will continue to take my camper to them for service and if I decide I want to upgrade, this is where I will go.
Good work, however expect to leave unit for longer than planned.
They had my parts, which is excellent with them being just down the road! I have wanted to stop there for some time. I do have to go back however. One part was wrong. Not they're fault. It seemed identical. I am eager to send more of our RV friends and family to Them! I also agree with a previous comment made. They don't smother you when you're shopping. You can look without someone hovering or smothering you. I love to just look sometimes.
Not a bad location to shop for an Rv or Motorhome. This place is definitely in the running when I make my purchase. The sales staff isn't over bearing which is nice, you don't have those awkward moments walking around with leach.
I had been looking and considering purchasing an RV for many years. I spoke with Ricky and Joe about what I was looking for and the price range in which I wanted to stay. At first I was not getting the type of camper I wanted. At one point I thought I just was not going to find what I was looking for. That is when Ricky stepped up and found a camper at the Florence store. He had it pulled to the Ardmore location, told me the deal he could make on that one and boom it was done. I got a 2013 Gulf Stream Innbruck with a slide and bunks. At the time the camper was only 2 years old and I got a great deal.
