Getting financing for raw land is not easy, but again Jay recommended a bank and it could not have gone better qualifying and obtaining the funds - with agreeable terms. We finally made an offer while on our driving vacation in Wyoming and Jay had the patience and professionalism to ensure both the sell and we were happy with the negotiation and purchase. And all this via telephone and emails. The best part however, is the post-sales relationship. Jay has helped us by providing contacts for utilities, site work, property taxes, equipment and so on. Over the past 6 months, we found that Butler Realty, and specifically Jay, have a great reputation for honesty, knowledge and building relationships.
