Went here because I thought a grocery store would have better bakery and produce options... It was just barely. There was a small table with a few pre-packaged processed stuff. There wasnt any pre-washed and cut fruit so I bought a pound of strawberries, and the best carton had mold on at least half of them, the grapes were only about 5% moldy.
As little as I've been to the pig it always has a awful sour pinsol mop water smell.. it makes me sick to my stomach every time.. I was told it was just the ones here in elkmont and ardmore...other than it's ok.
I can park close to the door. They always have my favorite soft drinks on sale. Not much stock in veggies. Meat department is very good. No seafood. They carry lots of old timey country cooking supplies and most of the popular 'modern' items. Good freezer section. Lots of Marie Callender. Usually not crowded.
Old store not very clean and the staff were down right mean
